Carriacou situated in the Caribbean with a population of approximately 2000 people. Of those that have migrated to the UK nearly all have moved to the town of Huddersfield. The place of Benaiahs birth and the Carriacou the birthplace of my grandparents and my ancestors going back to an unknown time during the Atlantic slave trade.
